The Ara Kara manifesting technique seems as popular as ever.
My review of this manifesting technique was less than glowing, but like I said then, what works for others might not work for me. We are all individuals.

The man that taught Wayner Dyer the Ahhhh manifesting technique, Dattatreya Siva Baba seems to be very popular.

Right now I'm doing research comparing Chaos Magic to the manifesting techniques in "The Secret".
