Here is another technique taught by Sri Siva.
It's similar to the "Ahhh" but a little more involved.
Actually this sound includes "Ahh" in it.
The sound he recommends is Ara Kara. (Pronounced "AH-ruh KAH-ruh")
All you need do with it is say it. Internally or aloud. You just keep repeating those four syllables.
First pick a goal, like with the Ahhh meditation.
Again, start small. Or start with something that's doable. In theory manifesting a house is no harder than manifesting a rose. BUT, if you have mental blocks, manifesting a smaller object first may be easier for you.
Now, think about the goal VIVIDLY while making the sound "Ara Kara", aloud or silently. Picture it as already done, don't worry about the why or how.
Do this as often as you like. You can do it constantly.

MANIFESTING (as described by Neville Goddard) part 11
MANIFESTING
(as described by Neville Goddard)
Revision 12/09/2003
By Shawn Regan
The 10 aspects of correct manifesting
10. Revision
Neville mentions that if he is to be remembered for anything that it would most likely be for the exercise of revision. Revision is simply changing your memory of an event in your life. The idea is to take a memory of a negative physical event and convert it into a positive imaginal event.
Revision, also popular in the NLP world and given to us also by Seth,
works by supplanting a memory with an equally valid imaginal event.
"In the evening, review all the episodes, events, conversations and meetings of your day. As you recall them, rewrite those you wish changed.
This is done by revising the event, conversation or meeting.
Revise each scene until it becomes so real you feel you are actually experiencing it.
You will discover that, as you revise your days, your tomorrows change.
People who disappointed you today, will encourage you tomorrow,
because you have changed their nature. Having changed the seeming other,
he will bear witness to the change which took place in you." – Neville

Manifestation,part 8
The Creative Process and Life Force
Receiving the manifestation is, paradoxically, not the purpose of this process, as we mentioned above. It is the alignment of your energy. The manifestation is a by-product of the alignment of your energy to it. It the alignment of energy within you that brings about a feeling of joy.
All during the process, the desire you have is causing life force energy to surge through you. That's the real purpose of any manifestation process. This can be seen easily enough, for soon after you realize the manifestation in your experience, you have another desire. And another, and another, and another! If the manifestation were the end result, you would only need to create once. We would simply create something, and be happy with it for ever after. But that
doesn't happen, does it? We always get tired of it after a while, and there is always that next desire to shoot for. I enjoyed my first house for a couple of years before I wanted a new one, even though if felt so good to leave my old apartment building. The tendency for all living beings is to desire more and more. This is not greed, it is the desire for more and more life force energy, more and more of the energy that makes you feel great. We all want to feel great all of the time, right? People who are greedy are grabbing for more and more, but they don't understand that the prize is the state of beingness, which brings joy.
Desire is life force, so the more desire there is, the more alive you feel (unless you are resisting, for some reason, then it feels crummy. That's why some teachers promote the extinguishing of desire. But it's not desire that's the problem, it's the beliefs which contradict desire, blocking the flow of life force energy).
Life force energy, or prana, or chi, is the energy of thought, and feels wonderful. Tapping into this energy is sheer joy, and it is this energy which is the energy of creation itself, and which you are using in your creative process.

Manifestation,part 3
The Belief in Scarcity
The belief that hard work is the only way to attain something usually comes from some old belief system which says "I can only be worthy of having something if I work for it. There has to be some exchange on my part, otherwise it wouldn't be fair of me to have it, because there
are so many others who are lacking." But these sorts of beliefs are just self defeating, and self limiting. There is an infinite amount of creative energy, and anything that is wanted can come to you without depriving anyone else! The only reason anyone is not prosperous, for
example, is the belief that it isn't possible for them. There are many reasons for this, chief among them the idea that we live on a planet of scarcity and that there is only so much to go around. Well, that may seem true, but we have manifested economies of scarcity
because of our consciousness of lack, not the other way around. The consciousness of mankind is a perfect vibrational match to scarcity and our economies reflect this vibration.
Mankind has such a belief in not-enough-ness that he will fight anyone who claims otherwise! There is such a prevalent belief in most people of their inherent unworthiness, that most do not bother to exercise their powerful creative potential. The earth could be abundant for
all, if only all would ask with the certainty that their asking would be answered! The universal law of 'like attracts like' is so powerful that our fossil fuel economies, based upon scarcity, could be transformed into economies based on the clean energy technologies that
are waiting in the wings. But so many people are into bashing oil companies and fighting against pollution that the vibration of clean and abundant energy is not a match to the present consciousness on planet earth. But it doesn't have to be that way!
As Jesus said, 'Ask and ye shall receive.' The only catch to this, is that when you ask, you do so from a place that feels good, not from an attitude of resistance.

Manifestation,part 2
The other 2 are, obsessing too much, and going into action too soon.
The tendency is to have a desire, then to realize how far away it is from your current reality. This causes frustration, naturally, because you want it but don't have it! You sort of feel like a failure before you even get started. When you really really want something, you don't want to have to even think about all of the hassles you will have to go through in getting it, especially if your desire is a large one. You just want it right now!
The next thing most people do is go to work real hard to attain it, before aligning their energy to it. Now a lot of effort is involved, because the actions taken are not directed clearly enough. Mostly these actions center around getting enough money. But this energy stream is very limited, because the supply of money is limited. Tapping into this limited energy stream naturally focuses the creative process into avenues of scarcity and lack. If you have a big goal,
you may also have to involve others in helping you to obtain it. This can be a lot of fun, but a lot of times you look at all of the work involved and just say "to hell with it. It's going to take too much ,time, money and effort."
Tapping into Creative Energy
But there is another way, a more effective way, and a way that will be
joyful throughout.
What you want to do is tap into the powerful energy of creation. This is the same energy that keeps the planet orbiting and rotating, keeps the atmosphere in a perfect balance of oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide, that keeps everything in the universe in balance. These
forces are practically infinite, and compared to them, the pitiful amount of energy needed to manifest anything in the earth plane is not even worth mentioning! When you embark on the creative process, be certain that the energy of creation is there in abundance to allow any
manifestation you can possibly desire. The only limitations are your own -- your own limiting thoughts and beliefs.
How do you tap into this creative energy? By creative visualization. By becoming clear on exactly what it is you want, by imagining yourself already having it or living it, by feeling what it would be like to have it. That's all it takes. The universe will immediately start lining up the energy to make it happen.
People resist this concept because it is so sI'm le, and sounds "airy-fairy", but it is the only way anything ever comes to you. Many people think that the only reason anything manifests is through hard work, but nothing could be further from the truth.
Almost all of all of that hard work was wasted effort. That is why it was hard. 'Hard work' is simply the way most people align their energies toward the goal! All of that sweating and struggling is slowly getting your thoughts, beliefs and feelings about what is wanted, lined up so you can feel good about it. That's doing it the hard way. Better to work smart, instead of working hard -- by first getting your energy lined up toward your goal before going into
action.
The point is, you can align your energy without working hard at all.
Sun Tzu said: "For to win one hundred victories in one hundred battles is not the acme of skill. To subdue the enemy without fighting is the acme of skill". Tu Mu said: "... The Grand Duke said: 'He who excels at resolving difficulties does so before they arise.'"
Although these war analogies may seem inappropriate to some, I use them to point out that the idea of creative manifestation has been known and applied for thousands of years!

MANIFESTATION, Part 1
MANIFESTATION, Part 1
( I think this is also by Kenneth James Michael MacLean)
The subject of manifestation is so Important.
How do we attain what wewant? It's so easy to think and dream, but how do we translate those
dreams to reality? Why do some people get what they want easily, andothers have such a hard time?
Basics of Manifestation
Manifesting anything depends upon knowing what you want. Knowing what you want is the very first thing to resolve for yourself, in the creative process.
This may seem to be so obvious, but ask yourself, do you have a clear idea of exactly what and how you want your life to be? If so, you are probably already living it, and you can skip this essay! If not, you are not even at the starting gate. Manifestation is about the ability
to create. By create, we mean being, doing, and/or having something different from your current reality. If you know what you want, without hesitation or doubt, and your contemplation of it makes you feel good, then manifestation is just around the corner (See "
Aligning Energy " for a more in-depth discussion). But if, when thinking about your desire, there is discomfort of any kind, this is a signal that you have beliefs which are opposed to the having of it. In other words, the feeling of discomfort indicates a contradiction within you, regarding the thing you want.
And so you will receive, not what you want, but a sort of mixed bag of things which are a match to the contradictory thoughts and feelings you have regarding it.
This is something that most people don't understand: in life, you receive according to what your focus is on, not according to what is wanted! This may seem unfair, but when you think about it a little, in a well- organized universe, the only way to deliver accurately to all who are asking, is to respond precisely to the signals that are being sent forth. In other words, when you tune your TV set to channel 8, you get the signal from channel 8, and not from channel 2! If this were not so, there would be total chaos, and in such a chaotic universe, life could not even get organized enough to exist at all.
So in order to manifest, ones thoughts, beliefs and feelings must be precisely aligned to that which is wanted.
There are 3 big steps to overcome in the manifestation process. We have already talked about the first one -- getting clear on what you
want.

ALIGNING ENERGY,part 4
ALIGNING ENERGY,by Kenneth James Michael MacLean
The seventh step is the realization that your new vibration now feels more comfortable than the old one did. At this stage, you have clarified, purified and aligned your energy to your desire so well that it feels natural to live in this new way, or to have that thing you want. Even if you are still living your old life, your vibration is primarily aligned towards the new, so that it almost feels weird to be doing the old things or going without that thing you want. If what you are wanting would pop into your life right now, it would seem totally natural to you.
The eighth step is the observation in the physical universe of your goal or dream manifesting. This step actually occurs little by little along the way. It may start out in the early stages with little things you notice that remind you of where you are going. Then, as you get further along, more concrete manifestations will occur, until finally, the whole thing falls right into your lap.
For example, if your goal is to buy a house, you may find yourself driving along a street in just the kind of neighborhood you would love to live in. Or, you will turn on the TV and there will be a program dealing with home construction. Or you will get a call from a realtor friend, who has seen a house she thinks you would love. As you get further along aligning your energy, you may get a birthday card from Uncle Kurt who has included a check for $5,000 that you can apply
towards a down-payment. Or perhaps that new job we mentioned earlier. Many times manifestation will not occur in the way you thought it would, or planned it would. So when your life begins to change, it may change in unanticipated ways. Just go with the flow, it will turn out wonderful. The universe has an infinite variety of surprising ways to bring you what you want, once you have aligned your energy towards it!
The ninth step is the full manifestation. Now you are living your new life, or have the thing that you desired, or have reached your goal. You feel a sense of accomplishment, and expansiveness. It's a great feeling! But now you find out what was said in step five: having is not all it is cranked up to be! The having is the culmination of the process and when it happens, you feel magnificent!!! -- for a while.
Then the feeling wears off.

ALIGNING ENERGY,part 3
ALIGNING ENERGY
by Kenneth James Michael MacLean
The sixth step is creating "from the inside out."
The tendency when aligning your energy to something new, is to think it will manifest because of some external force. Many people see the creative energy outside of themselves, bringing what is wanted to them from the outside in. Although the universe will arrange things for you
in the "real world", in response to your vibration, creating in such a fashion is energetically backwards. The energy you are aligning, which will bring you what you want, is all from inside of you. You are the creator! FEEL the creative power coming from within you, radiating outwards into the universe. You are sending out a vibrational beacon, a homing signal that beckons those things you are wanting, to come to you.
It turns out that this concept is very I'm ortant in the creative process. By seeing the creative power as something outside of you, you automatically separate yourself from the energy you are aligning to, creating an energetic chasm between you and what you want. Feeling the creative power coming from inside of you is indescribable. The energy of creation fills every cell in your body, and expands to encompass your entire energy field. It is a rush of exquisite, powerful,
blissful energy which fills you with joy and awe. Once you, have experienced this, you will never ingest substances to get high. That stuff is pitiful and pathetic in comparison to the energy of
creation. Creative energy is the energy that keeps the entire planet in balance. It is the energy that keeps the sun converting hydrogen to helium, that keeps the planets in precise orbit, that creates universes! It is the energy of LIFE. This powerful energy is ALWAYS
available to you in your creative process.

ALIGNING ENERGY,part 2
ALIGNING ENERGY,by Kenneth James Michael MacLean,part 2
You see, the having of something only serves to help maintain a vibration, a feeling place, that was already there in the first place. That's because in order for something to manifest in your life, you already had to be a vibrational match to it! Seems strange to say it, but it's true. It's all a result of the powerful law of 'like attracts like'. So the manifestation is just a by-product of the alignment of your energy to your vision. It's that wonderful feeling of aligning energy that is the true reward. That's the pearl within the shell of existence. (Thus the old saying: "wealth does not buy happiness.")
That's why when you finally get something you want, it's often not as exciting as you thought it was going to be. You have assigned all of
the I'm ortance to the having of the object, when it is really the aligning of your energy towards it that causes you to feel so good.

ALIGNING ENERGY,by Kenneth James Michael MacLean
ALIGNING ENERGY
by Kenneth James Michael MacLean
The fifth step, which I have already described, is being able to purely focus upon the energy of what is wanted. This is a major step, because you have to be clear enough not to have old beliefs and feelings I'm inging on you every time you attempt to place yourself in your new vibration. You will find, if you are like me, that it will take quite a bit of visualization and holding your vibration where you want it, before you can do this step easily. But once you reach the
point of being able to hold your vibration purely for around 15 or 20 seconds at a time, just being in the feeling of it, the deliciousness of it, without contradictory thought or feeling, you
are on your way to much quicker manifestation. Of course, if you have reached this stage, you no longer really care whether you ever experience the manifestation. Because, and here is the key, once you create your vision and have a good feeling about it, you have to let it go. If you get hung up worrying about the fact you haven't got it yet, you will be sticking yourself in the present. Robert Fritz does a great job describing this idea in his wonderful book called "The Path of Least Resistance", about the creative process. When you can align your energy to your dream, in that higher vibration, it feels so good that you don't feel the need to hold on so tightly to the present. You are envisioning for the sheer pleasure of it!

The Infallibility of the Law of Attraction, part 5
As you imagine yourself where you want to be, you will discover old, resistive thought patterns or feelings. When these come up, just release them. These old thought patterns are not only blocking the flow of your desire, but also the manifestation energy the universe is sending you,in response to your new vibration. So by ridding yourself of old, resistive thoughts and feelings you are unblocking yourself on the outflow of your vibrational signal and on the inflow, the
answering response from your environment. For example, if you are relaxed and happy about your new house, you may get an I'm ulse to interview for a better paying job you saw in the newspaper. The interviewer just happens to be in a good mood that morning, and the
interview turns out great. You get to talking after and you both hit it off. You get the job, and now you can see some light at the end of the financial tunnel. If you were feeling crummy about getting the down payment, you would have arrived when the interviewer was in a bad mood, the interview would have sucked, and you'd still be in the old job wondering where the bucks were going to come from.
This was a very hard step for me. It was very difficult for me to overcome the idea that the reality I observe is senior to the reality I create through my visualization. Whenever I started to feel really good about creating a life of financial independence, thoughts of my present reality would always I'm inge. Since the current reality was far from financial security, it was hard to hold my vibration purely. Once I began to do so, however, I began to notice subtle changes in
my current reality that more closely matched with my visualized reality. This made it easier to hold my vibration purely and led to faster manifestation of what I wanted. It's easy to say, just release old thoughts and feelings, but here's a way to do it that really worked for me:
Imagine a feeling of relief. We all know how this feels -- like a burden being lifted from you. You feel lighter! Just imagine a feeling of relief from any old thought pattern or unwanted emotion; try to achieve a feeling of being released from a burden. I imagined this big weight being liftedfrom inside me, and being burned up in a big fire. Whatever works for you is good!

The Infallibility of the Law of Attraction, part 4
The fourth step is realizing that the energy you want to align to, is the energy of where you are going, not where you are. This may seem too obvious, but it is very I'm ortant. If you have an office job that you hate, but would like to be self-employed, you must align your energies to being self-employed. This can be difficult, because your present reality is all about the office. You get up every morning and spend the entire day there. You can't align your energy to being
self-employed if your every thought is about the office! So what to do?
Imagine as many times as you can during the day, what it would feel like to be on your own. Visualize what you would be doing. Play with it. You'd be surprised how often you can do this if you really want to. The more you can get your vibration up to speed with your desire, the faster it will come to you. But also remember to do this process for the fun of it. Stay in the energy of your desire because it feels good, not because it's going to get you somewhere, otherwise
you create an energetic chasm which separates you from what you want.
It's Important not to have a "must have" on your desire. This "must have" feeling comes from a feeling of wanting something very badly, but it sticks you in your current reality.

The Infallibility of the Law of Attraction, part 3
The third step is staying in the present moment while deliberately envisioning what you want. Go through life as much as possible, living in 'now' time. The 'now' moment exists for all eternity, and always is the moment of creation. Envision having what you want NOW. You envision what you want in the now, and when it comes to you, it will be in the now. It's hard to communicate this concept, because we perceive time as linear -- past, present, future. But the linearity of
time is an illusion. The present moment is the platform for everything that is created in the universe, because only by being fully conscious can one effectively create. And one can be fully conscious only by being fully present NOW. Live with your vision and the feeling of it as much as possible, no matter what you are doing.
Never dwell on negative events of the past. What's done is done and by far your most powerful point of attraction, by many orders of magnitude, is in the present. When you start to create in this way you will be amazed at how many of your thoughts will be opposed to what you are trying to create. That's OK, as long as you don't pursue them. Stay in the present moment and continue to create what you want! Sometimes it is good to spend some time in the now, relishing past moments of pleasure. This is especially useful when you are having a bad day. ANYTHING you can do to bring yourself to a place of feeling good is valuable, because you are raising your vibe up to speed with your desire!

The Infallibility of the Law of Attraction, part 2
The second step in aligning your energy is to have a clear idea of what your goal or desire is. Most people don't get exactly what they intend, because their vision is not crystal clear! You will know you have achieved clarity when you can recreate, at will, the feeling of what it would be like to have, or be living, your desire. By clearly visualizing your new life, or the thing that is wanted, you will generate a positive emotional response within you. These positive feelings are your vibrational platform for attraction from the universe, via the law of 'like attracts like'.

The Infallibility of the Law of Attraction, part 1
The first step is having a solid understanding of the basic laws of the universe and trusting in the infallibility of Law of Attraction. The more certain you are that the universe really does unerringly match vibration, the clearer your vision and intent for what you want can be, and the easier it will be for you to hold your vibration purely, without contradiction You have to trust that the universe can and will deliver to you precisely as you intend, otherwise the entire process described here will seem little more than wishful thinking, and a waste of time.
In order to get some confidence that the universe really is a benign place, and will respond to you as you intend, try deliberately focusing your attention on something small, like blue-jays, or red roses, or whatever strikes your fancy. It won't be long before you see
these things everywhere, and you'll wonder where they all came from!

Excerpt from "Miracle of Imagination" Part 6
I need not remind you that you are now that which you have
assumed you are. Do not discuss this with anyone, not even
yourself. You cannot take thought as to the how, when you know
you already are! Your three-dimensional, limited reasoning mind
should not be brought into your drama. It does not know that
what you just felt is true.
Let no man tell you that you should not have your desire. What
you feel that you have, you will have. And I promise you this
much, after you have realized your objective, upon reflection
you will have to admit that your conscious, reasoning mind could
never have devised its expression. Knowing you are and have that
which you have appropriated, do not discuss it with anyone. Do
not look elsewhere for encouragement, sI'm ly go about your
Father's business, doing everything normally and naturally and
let your appropriated desires come into your world.

Excerpt from "Miracle of Imagination" Part 5
You are relieved of all responsibility to make your desire a
reality because, as you imagine and feel it is so, your
dimensionally larger self determines the means. Do not think
someone is going to have to be injured or disappointed in order
to make your dreams come true.
Imagination has ways you know not of, so do not be concerned
about the other. Now, close your eyes and allow yourself to
become lost in contemplation. Feel you are what you want to be
so completely that you are no longer conscious of the fact that
you are in this room. Do this and you will receive a shock when
you open your eyes to discover you are not that which you felt
you were only a moment before, or knew you possessed. Now let us
go into the deep.

Excerpt from "Miracle of Imagination" Part 4
Drowsiness facilitates change because it favors attention
without effort. But it must not be pushed to the state of sleep,
for then you are no longer able to control your movements. The
most effective way to embody a desire is to assume the feeling
of the wish fulfilled and then, in a relaxed and drowsy state,
repeat a short phrase over and over again like a lullaby. Say,
"Thank you, thank you, thank you," as though you were addressing
a higher power, thanking him for giving you
your desire.
You need do nothing on the outside to bring your wish to
fulfillment. All you need do is apply this technique of prayer.
With your eyes closed and your physical body immobilized, induce
a state akin to sleep and enter into the action as though you
were an actor on the stage. Experience in your imagination what
you would experience in the flesh were you now in possession of
your objective. Make elsewhere here and then now. Do that and
the greater you, using a larger focus, will call forth the means
which will produce the desire you have assumed.

Excerpt from "Miracle of Imagination"- by Neville Goddard
For example, visualize yourself climbing a ladder. Now, with
your eyes closed, imagine the ladder is right in front of you
and feel yourself climb it. Experience has taught me to restrict
the imaginary action to a single act' and to re-enact it over
and over again until its reality is felt.
If the act is too long and involved, your attention will wander.
Hosts of associated images will present themselves for your
attention and lead you hundreds of miles away from your
objective in space, and years away in point of time. If,
climbing a particular flight of stairs would be the likely event
which would follow the fulfillment of your desire, then restrict
your action to climbing those stairs. Should your attention
wander, bring it back to its task. Keep on climbing those stairs
until they have all the solidity and distinctness of reality.
The idea must be maintained without any sensible effort on your
part. You must, with the minimum of effort, permeate the mind
with the feeling of the wish fulfilled.

For example, suppose you desired a promotion in your office.
Then being congratulated would be an event you would encounter
following the promotion. Selecting this action as the one you
want to experience in your imagination, immobilize your physical
body and induce a drowsy state - one in which you can control
the direction of your thoughts. In this state you can be
attentive without effort. Then visualize a friend standing
before you.
Put your imaginary hand in his. Feel it to be solid and real and
carry on an imaginary conversation with him in harmony with the
feeling of having been promoted. Never visualize yourself at a
distant point in time and space. Make your action take place
here and now! The difference between feeling yourself act here
and now and visualizing yourself in action as though on a movie
screen, is the difference between success and failure.
